Addie Maye Robertson, 91, of Monterey passed away Sunday evening, October 15, 1989 in Oak Hill Nursing Home in Staunton.
She was born September 22, 1898 at Bolar, a daughter of George Allen and Eliza (Carrigan) Robertson.
She was a member of Monterey Presbyterian Church, the Eastern Star and a school teacher for 45 years.
Survivors include a sister, Janet Brown of Staunton; bother, Roy Robertson of Bolar; and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.
A service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Revs. C. William Cox and Jerry Ginn. Burial will be in Valley Bethel Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ernest, Lowell and Paul terry, Carol Gutshall, Dale Bussard, Jimmy Varner, Mike Puffenbarger and Leon Carpenter.
The family will receive friends 7:30-9 Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Highland Rescue Squad, Monterey, Va. 24465.
