Allene Gutshall

WOODBRIDGE Allene A. Echard Gutshall, 84, of Woodbridge, passed away Sept. 24, 2014. She was born in Monterey on May 4, 1930, the daughter of the late William and Rose Halterman Echard. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold M. Gutshall; and a sister, Catherine Echard. Her survivors include son, Ronald L. and wife Phyllis Gutshall of Woodbridge; a granddaughter, Leslie Safford of Woodbridge; and a brother, Pete and wife Norma Jean Echard of Monterey. Visitations will be held on Monday, Sept. 29, from 5-8 p.m. at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Boulevard, Dale City; and also at Obaugh Funeral Home, 8739 Highland Turnpike, McDowell, on Wednesday, Oct. 1, from 9-11 a.m., with a graveside service at noon in Monterey Cemetery.
