Anna Ralston

Anna Lou Ralston, 60, died on Sunday, December 17, 1995 at Augusta Medical Center.

She was born on February 19, 1935 at Head Waters, a daughter of Owen Reese and Louie (Armstrong) McCray.

She was a member of McDowell Presbyterian Church and operated Ralston's Grocery for several years.

Surviving are her husband, Robert B. Ralston Sr.; four sons, Michael of Monterey, Steve of Blue Grass, Robert B. Jr. and Mark Ralston, both of McDowell; sister, Lucy Botkin of Head Waters; two brothers, Leo of McDowell and Earl McCray of Head Waters; five grandchildren, Eric, Ben, Casey, Erin and Cody Ralston.

A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Lester LaPrade, with burial at McKendree Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Steve Hull, Benny Colaw, Herbert Lightner, Bobby McCray, Dale Botkin and Paige Kier.

Honorary pallbearers will be friends attending the service.

The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 tonight at the funeral home.
