Caroline Sterrett

Caroline (Sanders) Sterrett, widow of Lt. Col. John Douglas Sterrett, died at her residence on Thursday, September 21, 1995.
She was an artist.
Surviving are two daughters, Sarah S. Meyeroff of Greenwich, Conn., and Marha S. Tempest of Houston, Texas; a brother William H. Sanders of Princeton, WV; and six grandchidren.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Hayes Barton Baptist Church, Raleigh.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Monterey Cemetery.
