A Christian, Lowell attended Valley Bethel Church of the Brethren and Hamilton Chapel Advent Christian Church, ultimately becoming a member of Set Free Fellowship Church, where he loved attending. He is survived by a sister, Linda Hodge of Warm Springs; brother, Tommy Terry of Big Valley; brothers-in-law, Elmer Waybright of Monterey and Billy May of Covington; children of his wife, Debra Johnson-Craig and husband, Harold of Palmyra, Roy McDaniel Jr., Ronald McDaniel and wife, Linda, all of Greene County, Bettina Riner of New Hope, and Melonie Napier, and husband Darrell of Waynesboro; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
