Charles "Red" Lee Losh, 59, of West Augusta, passed away Sunday morning, December 4, 1988 in the Shenandoah Valley Health Care Center in Buena Vista.

He was born September 4, 1919 in the Brushy Fork community near Sugar Grove, WV, a son of the late Elva Losh.

Mr. Losh was a retired employee of the former Basic Witz Furniture Co., having worked there for 19 years.

Surviving are his widow, Evelyn Graham Losh; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ellen and Ray L. Price and Frances Darlene and Darrell Simmons, all of Churchville; two sons, Charles W. and Allan R. Losh, both of West Augusta; two future daughter-in-laws, Susan Roby and Paige Hawkins; three grandsons and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.

A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Losh Family Cemetery in the Brushy Fork community in West Virginia by the Rev. Evan Brenneman.

The family will received friends at the home of his daughter, Darlene Simmons. Friends may also call at Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell at any time.

Pallbearers will be friend attending the service.
