David "Bo" Hise

David Leroy “Bo” Hise, 57, of Webster Springs, W.Va., died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004.

Mr. Hise was born September 3, 1947, in Cass, W.Va., and was a son of Margaret Virginia Gum Hise of Monterey and the late William Jacob “Buck” Hise.

He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a construction worker and a logger.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, David L. Hise Jr. of Millboro and Jesse L. Hise of Cowen, W.Va.; five sisters, Phyllis Robertson of Richmond, Betty Smith and Linda Hise, both of Monterey, Sandra Burgoyne of Franklin, W.Va., and Judi Chandler of Manassas; three brothers, James H. Hise of Franklin, W.Va., William Gerald Hise of Rittman, Ohio; Donald Hise of Cass, W.Va.; two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

The Rev. David Terry will conduct a graveside service 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hise Family cemetery near Hightown.

The family will received friends from 7-9 this evening at Obaugh Funeral Home.
