Eliza Roxie Crummett

Eliza Roxie Crummett, 90, of Sugar Grove, WV, died August 13, 1994, while visiting her family in Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Crummett was born December 14, 1903, in Circleville, WV, and was a daughter of Harman and Martha Nelson Bennett.

Her husband, Charlie Crummett, died November 13, 1981.

Surviving are two daughters, Martha Hottle and Mary Rose Worley, both of Alexandria; three sons, Ernest R. Crummett of Hooversville, Pa., Charlie H. Crummett of Hilliard, Ohio, and Galen M. Crummett of Sugar Grove, WV; one sister, Evelyn Getz of Brandywine, WV; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two step-grandsons.

The Rev. Mason Cooper will conduct the funeral at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Crummett Run Church of the Brethren. Burial will be in the Crummett Run Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. today at the Obaugh Funeral Home.
