TOLEDO, Ohio
Elmer Roy Jack, 68, of Toledo, Ohio, died on Monday, December 20, 1993 at Riverside Hosptial.
He was born on April 20, 1925 at Monterey, Va., a son of Laura Wimer and Arlie (Martin) Jack.
He was a mamber of Church of God of Prophecy.
Surviving are a sister, Viola Flippin of Baltimore; and a number of nieces and newphews.
A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Obaugh Funeral Home, McDowell, Va. by the Rev. Larry Turner, with burial in Blue Grass Cemetery.
