Everette Campbell McQuain, 63, of Moyers, WV was found dead at his home Friday evening, October 30, 1987.

He was born April 29, 1924 at Moyers, a son of Samuel Huffer and Mary Belle (Botkin) McQuain.

He was a member of Totten Chapel United Methodist Church. He served in the Army during World War II an a member of the Sugar Grove, WV, VFW Post 9666.

Survivors include a son, William David McQuain of Blacksburg, Va.; two brothers, Russell of Woodbridge, Va. and Donald McQuain of Staunton, Va.; and two step-grandchildren.

A service will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Lowell Stovall, with burial in Totten Chapel Cemetery near Moyers.

Pallbearers will be Paul Bennett, Galen Botkin, Jeffrey and Phillip Rader Jr., and Gary, Rodger and Russell McQuain Jr.

The family will receie friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home in McDowell.
