Frank Eagle

Frank Lee Eagle, 86, died Saturday, May 19, 2001 at King’s Daughters’ Community Health and Rehabilitation Center.

He was a Highland County native, a son of James A. and Gertie Puffenbarger Eagle.

He had been employed by Celenese Corp of America, Westinghouse and held the mail delivery contract from Staunton to Blue Grass. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church, the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Moose Lodge.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Alma Rexrode, and three brothers, Walter Ray, James Roy and Harry L. Eagle.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline White Eagle of Staunton; a brother, Marvin L. Eagle of Monterey; a special friend and his guardian, Margaret White of Staunton; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Monterey Cemetery by the Revs. James W. Moore and Jerry Ginn.

The family will receive friends from 7-8 this evening at Obaugh Funeral Home.
