Glenna Rebecca Waggoner

Glenna Rebecca Waggoner, 74, of Blue Grass died Tuesday, November 3, 1987 at Liberty House Nursing Home in Harrisonburg. 

She was born September 12, 1913 at Blue Grass, a daughter of the late Edward C. and Annie Belle Stone Waggoner. 

She was a lifelong member of the Union Chapel United Methodist Church and had been a Sunday School teacher, secretary-treasurer and president of WSCW. 

She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Thelma Puffenbager and Mrs. Marie Arbogast of Blue Grass, Mrs. Doris Hannah of Harrisonburg. Hilda Mullenax of Blue Grass; a brother, Roy L. Waggoner of Blue Grass; nine nieces and eight nephews. 

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6 at Union Chapel United Methodist Church near Blue Grass by the Rev. Richard Gibson. 

Burial will be in the Union Chapel cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
