Isaac Warren Harper, 75, passed away Tuesday night, May 29, 1990 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 20, 1915 at Moyers, a son of William W. and Phoebe (Propst) Harper.
He was a farmer and a member of the Church of the Brethren.
Survivors include a brother, Alva L. Harper of Moyers; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at Obaugh Funeral Home, McDowell, Va. by the Revs. Shyrl Smith and Riley Smith, with burial in Sugar Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kelley, Steven and Gary Harper, Charles Johnson, Wilmer Botkin and Sheldon Propst.
Honorary pallbearers will be friends and family.
The family will receive friends from 8-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
