Jodie Marie Will, 32, of Blue Grass, died Sunday, February 17, 2008 at her home. She was born March 1, 1975 at Staunton a daughter of Joe and Donna Will of Blue Grass.
Jodie was a member of Word of Faith Church. She loved everyone. She assisted in the church nursery and enjoyed giving teddy bears to the babies. Her dad took her bear hunting and she liked “hound music”.
She is survived by her parents; a brother, Justin Will of Blue Grass and his fiancée, Courtney Marshall of Roanoke; maternal grandparents, Carol and Ruby Hinkle of Blue Grass; paternal grandparents, Alice Will of Blue Grass and the late William C. Will; and very special aunts and uncles.
A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at Word of Faith Church by Pastor Chip Hill. Burial will be in Blue Grass Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Aaron, Brett, Jamie and Billy Will, Tommy Champ, Lanny Wimer, George Colaw and Eddie Ailstock. Honorary pallbearers will be friends attending the service.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Friends may call at the home or Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell.
