Joshua Lee Franklin, the three-day-old infant son of Dale and Deborah (Smith) Franklin, died Saturday, February 8, 1992 at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Survivors include are a half-brother, Alan Dale Franklin; half-sister, Felicia Ann Smith; maternal grandmother, Virginia Smith of Monterey; paternal grandfather, Junior L. Franklin of Hot Springs; and maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. John Baldwin of Monterey.
A service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday at Union Chapel Cemetery in Hot Springs by Mike Puffenbarger.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight at Obaugh Funeral Home.
