Linda May Ballew, 63, of Millboro passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Lewis-Gale Medical Center.
She was born October 27, 1947 in Arlington, a daughter of the late Clifford and Leona Hurt Poole.
Linda had worked as a cook in a nursing home and restaurants.
She is survived by her husband David Ballew of Obrien, FL; son, Eddie Forshee and wife, Melinda of Millboro; daughter Shawna Thomas of Gainesville, FL; two sistes, Brenda Blaylock of Romney, WV and three grandchildren.
Upon her request her body was cremated.
