Marjorie Tennant

Marjorie P. Tennant, 72, of Dayton, died Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at Avante in Harrisonburg. She was born September 21, 1936 in Oak Hill, WV, a daughter of the late Thomas A. and Odessa Pauline (Wade) Kincaid.
Mrs. Tennant attended First Assembly of God in Harrisonburg and was a nurse’s aide at Bridgewater Home.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Monroe “Hotsie” Tennant, whom she married March 19, 1966; two daughters, Catherine Woods and Sheila Huntley, both of Staunton.
She was preceded in death by a son, Warren M. Woods and a daughter, Debra Woods.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
