Nancy Whitelaw
September 19, 1926 — September 29, 2001
Nancy Gentry Whitelaw, 75, died Saturday, September 29, 2001 at Mercy Hospital Hospice.
She was born August 19, 1926 at Monterey, a daughter of Earnest B. and Juantia Whitelaw.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are five children, Mary Louise Resurreccion, Brenda Lee Deker, David Eugene Gentry, Richard Wayne Gentry and Stephen Douglas Gentry, all of Baltimore; five grandchildren; two sisters, Permelia Ann Jones of McDowell and Betsy Whitelaw Geserick of McLean; and two brothers, Ernest B. Whitelaw of Harrisonburg and Heyward Whitelaw of Monterey.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Obaugh Funeral Home with the Rev. Stephanie Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Monterey Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
