O’Quinn, and Randy O’Quinn all of Botetourt; nephew, D. Luke O’Quinn of Bridgewater; close friends Jimmy and Harry Sponaugle and G.W. Obaugh all of McDowell; numerous great nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren also survive.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m., Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Oakey’s East Chapel (Roanoke, VA) with the Rev. Doug Mitchell officiating.  Interment will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery.

Active pallbearers include G.W. Obaugh and sons, Bryan and Ben, Jimmy Sponaugle and sons, Michael and Matt, and Harry Sponaugle.
