Vladimir "Val" Kriznik

Vladimir “Val” Kriznik, 56, of Bolar, died Tuesday, June 8, 2004 at his residence. He was born June 26, 1947 in Croatia, a son of the late Janko and Dragica Zunic Kriznik.

Mr. Kriznik was a self-employed precision machinist and had also worked for the transportation department at The Homestead.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Nevenka Jovis.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda Bolling Kriznik of Bolar; a son. Mladen Kriznik of Chevy Chase, Md.; a granddaughter, Bianca Kriznik; a sister, Sonja Carter of Washington, D.C.; a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

The body was cremated.

A memorial service will held at the home at a later date.
