William Randolph “Bill” Moats Jr., 34, of Baltimore died Monday night (Feb. 18, 1991) as the result of a truck accident in Baltimore.
He was born Sept. 1, 1956 in Harrisonburg, Va., a son of William Randolph Sr. and Margaret (Meadows) Moats.
He had worked with his father for 18 years in their home improvement business.
In addition to his father, of Baltimore, survivors include three sisters, Patty Moats and Sandy Meadows, both of Baltimore, and Linda Moats of Broadway, Va.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A service was conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Steve McMillion, and with burial in McKendree Cemetery near McDowell, Va.
Pallbearers were Jimmy, Roger, Cecil, Albert and Eddie Moats, Russell Jr. and Tommy Hatcher and Ray Botkin.
