Lona Hamilton

Lona Mae (Huffman) Hamilton, 75, of Monterey died on Tuesday, December 13, 1994 at Avante Nursing Home, Harrisonburg.

She was born August 29, 1919 at Sugar Grove, WV, a daughter of the late Erias and Sarah (Eckard) Huffman.

Surviving are a daughter, Patricia A. Cook of Sidney Ohio; a sister, Virginia Hinton of Bridgewater; a brother, Calvin L. Huffman of Canton, Ohio; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Jerry Ginn with burial in Monterey Cemeterey.

Pallbearers will be Andy, Charlie and Jessor Hupman, Morgan Whitecotton, James Varner, Buddy Hunt, Jack Warner and Thomas Cook.

Honorary pallbearers will be friends in attendance.
