Phyllis Barkley

Phyllis Jean Barkley, 75, of Broadway, passed away July 10, 2021.

She was born in Blue Grass on May 17, 1946, a daughter of the late Alfred Lester and Meda (Hedrick) Barkley.

Having a strong work ethic, Phyllis spent 43 working in a poultry plant. She loved working in her garden and spending time watching wildlife.

She is survived by her son, Timothy Mark Barkley of Broadway; sisters, Betty Wolfe of Monterey and Patsy Reedy of Broadway; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Margaret Hoover and Katherine Doyle; and brother, Walter Barkley.

There will be no services at this time.
